Therapy for chronic back, joint and physical pain. Pain Reprocessing Therapy after Alan Gordon, pain education, myofascial and manual techniques, targeted strength and movement work for stability and resilience. For long-standing or multi-dimensional pain presentations, work extends over several months.
Recommended timeframe: 2 to 6 months for structured pain therapy; up to 9 months for longer-term support.
Body-oriented precision work for movement patterns, posture and functional breathing. Methods include interoceptive movement therapy, breathing therapy in the Breathworks tradition, functional movement and yoga-therapeutic work. Suitable as standalone therapy or alongside other treatment areas.
Recommended timeframe: 2 to 6 months.
Structured work for adults with an ADHD diagnosis or with difficulties in attention, self-organisation and load regulation. Attention training, executive function strategies, body-oriented methods, breathing techniques and stress regulation. Frequently combined with sleep or fatigue work.
Recommended timeframe: up to 6 months; up to 9 months for integrated presentations.
Treatment for chronic insomnia, chronic fatigue and fatigue syndromes. CBT-I as guideline-recommended first-line therapy, body-oriented methods, breathing work, pacing and load management. Also for sleep disorders alongside ADHD, chronic pain or hormonal transitions.
Recommended timeframe: from 8 weeks for CBT-I; up to 6 months for integrated work.
Integrated therapy during perimenopause and menopause. Sleep regulation, body-oriented movement, strength training for bone and metabolic health, phytotherapy with a focus on women’s health, breathing and recovery methods, nutritional support where indicated. Also for sleep disturbance, cognitive changes and physical self-awareness during this life phase.

Therapeutic support for cancer-related fatigue and after completed cancer treatment. Rebuilding sleep, physical self-awareness, resilience and body confidence. Mind-body methods in line with oncological guideline recommendations, body-oriented movement, breathing and recovery work, nutritional support where indicated. Complements oncological follow-up care.
Recommended timeframe: up to 6 months; up to 9 months for longer recovery.
Individually structured therapy without a fixed programme protocol. Movement and joint fitness, mindfulness, regulation work, cognitive support, body-oriented methods, breathing work. Structured, multisensory Orton-Gillingham work addressing phonological awareness, sound-letter correspondences, reading technique, spelling and listening comprehension. Conducted entirely in English with English-language materials. For native English-speaking children, bilingual families and children in international or bilingual school programmes.
Recommended timeframe: up to 12 months; 40 weeks for pronounced dyslexia presentation in English.
Academic and learning competencies for adolescents and young adults. Optimising study habits, self-organisation, attention and exam preparation including Abitur and international qualifications. Body-oriented work for stress regulation and concentration. Also available in group format from four participants.
Recommended timeframe: up to 6 months for structured coaching; up to 12 months for integrated work.
Integrated therapy combining BVL-standard learning therapy, gifted education and somatic-interoceptive work. Structured therapeutic work on dyslexia, dyscalculia or ADHD runs alongside the development of cognitive strengths through appropriately challenging material. Body-oriented and breath-oriented methods support self-regulation, frustration tolerance and the management of asynchronous development. Structured parent support throughout.
Recommended timeframe: 40 weeks for dyslexia or dyscalculia with 2e profile; up to 12 months for complex or integrated presentations.

Evidence-based mind-body programs in small groups.
In German. Classic MBSR curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Eight weekly group sessions plus a day of silence. Mindfulness meditation, body scan, mindful movement and work with stress and reaction patterns. The programme offers a balanced combination of theory and practice directly applicable to daily and working life.
