In this course, we create a space together to deepen your meditation practice. Designed for those with an established meditation practice, this class offers the opportunity to explore mindfulness, breathwork, and inner peace on a deeper level.

This course is for experienced meditators or those who have completed my MBSR class and are ready to take their practice further. Together, we’ll explore advanced mindfulness techniques, breathwork (pranayama), and the subtle awareness of Vedana – the moment before feelings arise. By working consciously with this “feeling tone,” you’ll gain greater understanding of emotional responses and bring more harmony to your inner self. Through breath control and gentle energy work, we’ll create a space for clarity and calm to grow.

Spaces are limited, and this class isn’t offered weekly.
