Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, 8-week program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and other conditions that affect overall well-being. As a fully certified MBSR teacher, licensed by the Deutscher MBSR-MBCT Lehrerverband e.V., I guide you through proven mindfulness practices designed to bring balance and clarity to your everyday life.

Throughout the course, we will focus on:

  • Breath Awareness: Learn to center yourself and manage stress through focused breathwork.
  • Body Scan: Experience a deep sense of relaxation and awareness of physical sensations, which helps release tension and fosters a mindful connection with the body.
  • Mindful Movement (Yoga): Gentle movement combined with mindfulness to support physical and mental well-being.
  • Meditation: Develop the skill of focused attention and awareness, leading to greater emotional regulation and clarity.

Each class is structured to provide both formal and informal mindfulness practices, along with guided group discussions. You’ll leave each session with practical techniques to incorporate into your daily life. Over the 8 weeks, you will not only learn how to respond to stress more effectively, but you will also foster a greater sense of inner calm, resilience, and self-awareness
