In this session, you'll flow through classic Hatha Yoga postures, followed by pranayama and deep relaxation. Expect to leave feeling more energized, balanced, and strong.

Hatha Yoga is a transformative practice that calms the mind and revitalizes the body. With a focus on mindful movement, breathing techniques, and the use of Mudras and Bandhas, this class is a balanced blend of movement and breath. Special attention is given to strengthening the core and spine, improving stamina, and enhancing breathing. You’ll end the session with a deep relaxation (Savasana), leaving you centered and clear-headed.
