The initial consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes and is charged at a flat fee of €160, regardless of the exact duration.
During this appointment, we discuss your concerns, symptoms, goals, and relevant background. Together, we determine which form of treatment is most appropriate and what timeframe is realistic for your situation.
The initial consultation is required before beginning any individual therapy programme.
Follow-up sessions are charged at €100 per hour.
Most sessions last approximately 60 minutes. Longer sessions or specialised treatment formats can be arranged in advance where clinically appropriate.
Learning therapy for dyslexia and dyscalculia is offered as a structured programme: €2,800 for 20 sessions.

Most children attend weekly sessions over the course of the school year.
Parental coaching is charged at €120 per session.
Sessions are held online in the evening and last approximately 50 minutes.
Most families work with me in a block of six to eight sessions. Ongoing support can be arranged where needed.
Group programs, including MBSR, MBSR for Parents, and CBT-I groups, as well as workshops and retreats, are offered separately throughout the year.

I do make regular house calls.
In addition to the standard session fee of €100 per hour, travel costs are charged based on distance and travel time.
The exact arrangements are discussed individually in advance.
Services are provided on a private-pay basis.
Depending on your insurance policy, partial reimbursement may be available, particularly through private health insurance plans that include Heilpraktiker coverage or certain supplementary insurance plans. Please contact your insurer directly to clarify your individual benefits.
The treatment agreement is made between myself and the patient, or, in the case of minors, their parents or legal guardians. Fees remain payable in full regardless of any reimbursement provided by an insurance company.
Invoices are issued monthly.
Payment is by bank transfer. Other arrangements can be discussed where necessary.
Sometimes you have to cancel an appointment. I understand and ask that you give me a full day’s notice. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge 70% of the regular fee.
